基本情况

主要研究领域是古DNA研究,通过古代人群的基因组数据分析还原古人类的起源与进化,探讨中华文明起源、形成和发展的历史过程,实证中华源流史。

以负责人身份承担了教育部社科重点研究基地重大项目1项,国家自然基金面上项目4项,省科技厅重点及国合项目等3项。以第一负责人身份获得2024年度吉林省科学技术奖一等奖;2022年获批吉林省第十七批享受政府津贴专家(省有突出贡献专家);

以第一作者和通讯作者的身份在顶级期刊发表SCI论文 50余篇,他人引用达近千次。研究成果发表在NatureNature CommunicationsCurrent BiologyGenome Biology以及Science Bulletin等国际权威学术期刊上,受到国际社会的关注和高度评价,产生良好国际影响;

开启了东亚古代病原体的研究成果发表在PLoS PathogensNature Communications上。在此基础上,申请人团队还将古DNA技术使用到法医实践中,助力重大刑事案件的侦破取得良好的社会效益。
