主要开展神经退行性疾病和溶酶体生物学功能相关研究及其实验动物模型开发,研究工作首次解析了生长激素信号通过溶酶体钾离子通道TMEM175调控帕金森病的分子机制(Nature,2021);阐明了钙离子通道复合体UNC79功能突变调控空间记忆衰退的重要功能(Genetics in Medicine,2023);系统探索了褪黑素通过生物钟节律调控外周组织代谢和炎症反应的分子基础(Journal of Pineal Research,2018, 高被引论文),目前以第一作者和通讯作者累计发表SCI论文30余篇,被引用1200余次;主持和参与国家自然科学基金青年基金、吉林省科技发展计划和西藏自治区重点研发项目等10余项;现任Scientific reports和Experimental cell research等杂志编委,《中国细胞生物学学报》青年编委,吉林省神经生物学会理事。 近5年代表性论文: 1.
