研究成果

1. 揭示了细胞增殖周期G1/S 期的关键驱动激酶Cdk2 对细胞凋亡的促进作用,为哺乳动物细胞精确平衡细胞增殖和细胞死亡的分子机制提供了依据,是细胞凋亡通路的重要补充。

2. 系统筛选了稀有人参皂苷的人类靶点,为人参抗肿瘤作用提供依据。

3. 在人参深加工领域取得了重大进展。利用生物转化技术对吉林人参进行深加工,制备了人参深加工食品安帝康达2017 年包装上市。安帝康达高活性稀有人参皂苷群含量达到皂苷总量的60%,这是未经加工吉林人参的500 倍。同时,彻底解决了人参“上火、升血压”等副作用,任何体质的人群均可享用、获益。

4. 负责完成了6项国家自然科学基金项目,负责执行7项省部级项目,在Protein Cell, JBC, EMBO Rep等国际重点杂志上发表SCI论文67篇,被引次数达1300余次,授权专利7项。
