Scientific research field description

    My major research interests is the interdisplinary study of the structure and function relationship of biomacromolecule; using structural biology, biochemical and molecular biology approches. Currently I’m focusing on two projects. The first is the study of molecular mechanism of the interaction between HIV accessary protein U/host cell protein BST2. The second include the prostaglandin signaling pathway, especially the bio synthese and signaling of prostaglandin E2.

   Graduate students under my supervising might gain experiences in different fields depending on their own interest, which including the basic biochemistry and molecular biology lab skill, nuclear magnetic resonance of peptide and protein, receptor signal transduction assay, and basic molecular simulation.
